Yes, from Dashboard → Upgrade. Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Nothing is deleted and all your links stay on your page. The mylinq badge comes back, and custom colours and premium themes switch back to free ones. Upgrade again and everything returns.

A billing period that has started isn't refundable, but duplicate or unauthorised charges are always refunded in full. The refund policy has the details.
