1. Who we are

mylinq is an online service that lets you create a single public page (a “link in bio” page) listing your social media profiles and other links, and see how many people view it and click your links. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NXG Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, D-18, Bhawna Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492002, India. “You” means the person using mylinq.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Your username becomes your public address (mylinq.cc/username). We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or have been inactive for a long time.

3. Plans and payment

mylinq has a Free plan (with unlimited links) and a paid Pro plan at ₹149 per month, or ₹1,199 per year when billed yearly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

• Pro is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, or every year on yearly billing) and is charged to the payment method you authorised, until you cancel.
• New Pro subscribers may get a 7-day free trial, once per account. You authorise the payment method at checkout; nothing is charged during the trial, and the first payment is taken automatically when it ends unless you cancel before then. Razorpay may place a small refundable authorisation to set up autopay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro features may stop and your account moves to the Free plan. Your links are kept.
• We may change prices. Any change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you at least 7 days before it does.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use mylinq to publish or link to anything that:

• is illegal in India or where you live, or promotes illegal activity;
• is sexually explicit, involves minors in any harmful way, or promotes violence, hatred or self-harm;
• is phishing, malware, spam, a scam or otherwise misleading;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, or impersonates another person or brand.

You also must not try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.

5. Your content

You own the content you add (your name, bio, photo and links). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and process it only so we can run mylinq, for example to show your public page and generate link previews. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.

6. Suspension and termination

You can stop using mylinq at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that we are legally required to act on. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

7. Service availability

We work to keep mylinq fast and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue the paid plan, we will refund the unused part of any period you have already paid for.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost followers. Our total liability for any claim relating to mylinq is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your content or by your breaking these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use mylinq after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first, since most issues can be solved quickly.
